What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should indicate it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage.

Please email pictures to support@homekwetu.com if any of your items come damaged, and we will handle a replacement or refund right away (typically within one business day).
