Become an errand guy
Be someone's hands back home.
Thousands of Kenyans abroad need someone they can trust in their home town. If you know your town and people know you, we would like to meet you.
What you get
Fair pay, and your own hours.
Paid weekly to M-Pesa
What you earn lands on your M-Pesa every Friday, on time, every week.
Choose your hours
Accept the errands that fit your day. Morning in Kenya is night-time for most of our clients, so there is steady work early.
Ratings that open doors
Top-rated errand agents are offered regular clients with weekly visits, the steadiest work we have.
How to join
Three steps to your first errand.
- 1
Apply in ten minutes
Tell us your town, the errands you are good at and two people who can vouch for you.
About ten minutes
- 2
Get vetted
ID check, police clearance, an in-person interview and a call to your referees. It is thorough because our clients are trusting you with their families.
Usually under two weeks
- 3
Shadowed first errands
Your first five errands are supervised by an experienced errand agent, so you learn the proof standard before you work alone.
Paid from day one
What you need
Four things, and a good name.
Our clients are trusting you with their parents, their children and their money. So we check properly, and we never charge you for it.
A Kenyan national ID
Over 21, and willing to have it verified against government records.
A Certificate of Good Conduct
Current, from the DCI. We can guide you through applying on eCitizen.
A smartphone and M-Pesa
For updates, photos, receipts and getting paid.
Local knowledge
You know your town, its shops, offices and roads, and people know you.
Do I need a car or motorbike?
No. Many errands are done on foot or by matatu, and transport costs are covered on top of your fee. A motorbike does let you take more errands in a day.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. We never charge anyone to apply, to be vetted or to receive errands. Anyone asking you for money in our name is not us.
What happens if a client is unhappy?
Our team reviews the proof with you first. If the errand was done as agreed you are paid in full. Repeated problems lead to retraining, then removal.
